Where purchases happen

The first Android closed test runs with purchases switched off. The routes below apply once purchases are switched on in your app and country. There is no website checkout at launch.

Your checkout and receipt identify the relevant transaction entity and terms. These routes do not remove our responsibilities for game delivery or override mandatory consumer rights. RevenueCat helps us process store purchase records; it is not a separate checkout. Before adding website purchases, we will name the seller and payment provider and update this page, the Privacy Policy and the withdrawal information.

Products and prices

This catalog applies once purchases are switched on. Not every product is on sale at the same time or in every country; each offer shows its availability, contents and total price before you pay.

These are one-time purchases. Regional prices and taxes may differ; the currency, total price and contents shown before payment apply to your transaction.

Randomized items. Focus chests contain randomized equipment. They can be opened with gems, including purchased gems, so they are paid random items. The contents, odds and guarantees are shown before every opening, and buying gems never changes them. Opening a Focus chest with purchased gems requires confirming that you are 18 or over, and gem openings are not offered in Belgium or the Netherlands, or whenever our country check cannot confirm your country. Supply chests open only with Supply keys or gold earned in play (gold bought with gems cannot open them), and they are never sold for money. The Welcome Set, Premium Welcome, the Welcome upgrade and the Founder’s Pack contain fixed items only; their gems can be spent like any other gems. Gems can be spent on companions, revives, in-game gold and Focus chests; they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged back for money, except through an applicable refund or other legal remedy.

Delivery and restoration

Purchases are delivered after payment is verified. Contact support about missing or incorrect items.

Linking an email address is optional. In the Android and iOS apps, purchased gems stay with the installation unless you link an email address. With a linked email, your remaining purchased gems and items come back after a reinstall or on a new device once you enter a new six-digit code; an installation that entered a code stays linked. This is separate from a gameplay account: restoration brings back remaining purchased benefits, not gems already spent or a complete gameplay save.

"Restore store purchases" brings back one-time items bought on the same store, such as the Welcome Set outfit and frame, but not gems.

EU/UK withdrawal rights

Eligible online purchases generally carry a 14-day right to withdraw without giving a reason, starting from conclusion of the contract for these digital purchases. Longer periods required by law remain available. Rights concerning defective, misdescribed or undelivered content are separate. European Union+1

Unused gems. EU consumer authorities distinguish purchased virtual currency from digital content. EU players may withdraw within 14 days for purchased currency that remains unused; simply crediting gems does not remove that protection. Spending gems on content does not eliminate applicable consumer rights concerning that content. European Commission

For UK purchases, UK cancellation law applies. We do not treat crediting gems, or using one part of a bundle such as the Welcome Set, as a waiver of your rights over the whole purchase. For partly used purchases and bundles, any refund depends on the rights that apply to each part, and we will explain any deduction and its basis.

Immediate digital-content delivery. Where the law allows, the withdrawal right for identified digital content can end once delivery begins, but only after your express consent, your acknowledgement that the right will end, and a confirmation you can keep. Accepting general terms or receiving content does not meet those conditions on its own, and this never removes remedies for defective or undelivered content. GOV.UK

South Korean store purchases

Where South Korea’s E-commerce Act applies to an Apple or Google purchase, eligible purchases generally have a seven-day cancellation period, beginning when contractual information is received, or supply begins if later.

Cancellation after digital supply begins may be restricted only when statutory conditions are met, including required advance disclosure and preview, trial or permitted alternative information. Separately divisible portions whose supply has not begun remain protected.

Defective or incorrectly described content has additional remedies. For qualifying digital-content withdrawals, the responsible seller generally must refund within three business days of withdrawal. Store procedures do not override these statutory rights. Easy Law

Requesting a refund

Use the original purchase channel above. Our support is also available at dalbitgames.dev@gmail.com. Provide the order reference, purchase date, product and sufficient contact information to identify the purchase. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or full card details.

For a withdrawal, a clear statement is sufficient, such as:

I withdraw from my purchase of [product/order reference], ordered on [date]. My name and contact details are [details].

No particular wording or explanation is required for a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal.

For eligible EU/UK withdrawals, reimbursement is due without undue delay and within 14 days after notice, normally to the original payment method without a withdrawal fee. Technical adjustments to game items must not delay a statutory refund. There is no website checkout at launch; before adding one, we will publish the seller's details, the model withdrawal form and any required online withdrawal function.

What happens to refunded purchases

A refund revokes the corresponding purchased items and removes the refunded, unspent purchased gems once. Duplicate refund notifications do not cause repeated deductions.

Partial refunds require reconciliation of the affected purchase components. We will explain any adjustment. Earned progress is never taken away, and a refund does not reset your save.
